A Very Small and Very Cute Chapter (なんか
Summary[]
Hahari has gotten tickets for a survival playground called "Fall Kids"; only those under a certain height can enter and Hahari had gotten a complementary ticket for any number of people and figured that the five shortest girls (Kusuri, Chiyo, Suu, Momiji and Shizuka) would be perfect to go; with Hahari and Yaku going as guardians. Suu nearly backs out stating she doesn't care about this, but when Rentarou and Ahko decide to go to witness this, the number-obsessed girl decides she is going after all.
However when the day arrives to head to the playground, Rentarou, Ahko and Hahari end up in the audience; but Yaku is revealed to be participating; having been escorted by one of the Fall Kids workers believing the grandmother as one of the participants! As the 100 participants gather to take part, the announcer states that they're all in special cushioning (provided by the Serious Group) and that anyone who survives all seven stages will receive a stuffed Pentarou wearing their costume! (which Kusuri wants, Suu merely states looks like Rentarou like others, and Yaku still believing herself as a guardian and not a participant) As Yaku remains confused about her status, the Fall Kids games begin:
- Round 1: Match That Pose!: The participants must match the pose of the host and those who do not will be eliminated. As Kusuri tells her grandmother what to do, the six complete the task while Rentarou and Hahari are overcome with cuteness already!
- Round 2: The Fluff Road!: The object is to run and avoid being caught by the "sticky wall" in a room surrounded by pillows. Upset by the mess of the room, Chiyo cleans all the pillows up, clearing the path to the end.
- Round 3: Spring Snatch!: The participants must jump on a trampoline and get an apple to pass the round. While the other girls have problems, Shizuka's light build leaps her to the top of the tree, getting enough apples for all of them.
- Round 4: Sleepy Street!: Surrounded by "Serious Sleeping Aromatic" (meant to knock kids out upon smelling it), the group must make their way through; but Chiyo, Suu, Momiji and Shizuka ultimately fall asleep instantly! (making Rentarou and Hahari melt from the cuteness) However due to the strength of the drugs that Kusuri and Yaku deal with, they're able to pull the other four out with ease.
- Round 5: The Tumbling Bridge!: The participants must climb a bridge as giant fruit fly down against them! Suu is nearly knocked out but is saved by Momiji; Suu questions why they're helping one another and that this isn't a team sport and it shouldn't matter if they're eliminated, but the masseuse states it's better if they all win this together.
- Round 6: Got Your Number!: The announcer calls out a number and the participants must stand on it after they vanish or they'll be eliminated. Suu has an easy time with this, but when she sees the others having problems, she calls them over to follow her, guiding them to stand on the same tile she does to survive; making them grateful for her as she begins to understand the team ethic.
- Final Round: Hang In There!: The participants must hold onto poles as wind and balls blows on them; if they fall down, they're eliminated! Shizuka nearly falls but Suu grabs her telling her that it's more fun if they're together, even if she doesn't know anything about this. Eventually they cling together in a line with Momiji's grip strength on a soft surface keeping them alive! They ultimately make it to the end, with Momiji finally giving out as they're declared the winners.
As the six celebrate their victory, Ahko meets up with them (with the fused melted remains of Rentarou and Hahari), Yaku happy she finally is able to meet with other guardians again (even if she participated in the end) and they show off their Pentarous to the gyaru.
