Kissing Zombie Panic (キスゾンビ♥パニック Kisu Zonbi ♥ Panikku) is the twelfth chapter of the 100 Kanojo manga.
Summary[]
Kusuri and Rentarou sprint towards the rooftop exit with the rest of the girlfriends on their tail. Kusuri mentions that unless they make it to the chem lab, they’ll never be able to make enough of the “neutralization drug”. Running down the stairs, Rentarou wonders if there is a way to slow the four of them down. Kusuri reveals “if this gets splashed on you, your skin will burn with unimaginable pain drug” as a possible solution, but Rentarou shouts at her not to use it. The Vice Principal begins to chase them as they enter the school corridors, scaring Kusuri. She throws the previously mentioned drug in her hand over the VP, causing her to screech in pain. The drug doesn’t actually hurt her however as her layers of foundation take the full force of the drug and begin to melt. This still works to get her off their tail though, as the VP flees to go fix her makeup.
Nano, still in kissing zombie form, orders the girlfriends to split up so they can perform a pincer manoeuvre on Rentarou. Rentarou and Kusuri use a similar tactic and also split up, both heading for the chem lab. Shizuka remains the only person chasing Rentarou after Kusuri splits off from him. As Shizuka is slower than the rest of them, he uses their difference in speed as an opportunity to evade the pincer attack. Before he can act on his plan, however, Shizuka falls on her face causing him to panic. He takes her to the infirmary that just so happens to be next to them when she fell and treats her injury. He completely forgets that she’s a kissing zombie until he’s finished treating her, making him once again panic and fall on one of the infirmary beds. Shizuka uses this chance to climb on top of him, pinning him down and begins to kiss Rentarou, causing him to go lightheaded. After remembering the original Shizuka though, Rentarou’s head clears and he use’s her lacking physical capabilities against her, picking her up and placing her on a coat hanger attached to the bed curtain rail.
After leaving the infirmary, Rentarou encounters Karane and Hakari, forcing him to make a 180 in the opposite direction. The two of them team up to catch Rentarou by having Karane spin Hakari around and launch her like a catapult, which knocks Rentarou to the ground. The two of them take turns kissing Rentarou, but after a while, they begin to start arguing. From this argument, Rentarou realises that despite having lost their rationality, they still have traits of their original personality. He takes the opportunity whilst their arguing to push the two of them into a kiss with each other. This results in the two of them ignoring Rentarou and start kissing each other instead, because they are “fellow lovers” who are so close to each other that they fight every day. Rentarou watches them for a bit but soon flees the scene after the kissing between the two of them starts turning hardcore.
Rentarou manages to make it to the chem lab. After opening the door, however, he spots Nano waiting inside, causing him to dash to a nearby cleaning cabinet in the corridor to hide in. Rentarou hopes that Kusuri made it into the chem lab but soon realises that she too is inside the cabinet with him after she starts wiggling.
