Summary[]
There are another 10 more girlfriends since last time, so they can't go back to normal for one hour, or they'll die.
Once again Hahari has made baby clothes and Kusuri has provided the "turn-you-into-a-baby drug" with the same caveats: you can remain in that form in one hour and if you take the Negation Drug before that hour is up, you will die. For once, it goes as expected and all the girls (post-Kishika turn into babies as planned and are clothed up. Momiji is impressed by how smooth the butt of Uto is when rubbing it before her cheeks are rubbed by Momoha and Ahko, distracting her from completing her job. After getting dressed, Ahko crawls over to Karane; the tsundere is impressed by how cute the baby gyaru is and when the baby calls her "hyuuute", Karane can't help but go full "dere" with adoration as she hugs Ahko.
Yamame and Mei bring the milk over for the babies; Hakari is impressed with their grip but sees Momoha downing a bottle of sake instead; Mimimi takes it away and states it was empty, but the baby ethics teacher cries without it as Hakari offers her bosom to the baby; but Momoha's "technique" is different from any normal child. Tama likewise mews over to Hahari as she offers her bosom to the baby kitten as Kurumi gets jealous; however despite being with the likewise large-chested Mei, the baby Himeka chooses to suck on her cheek to prove how "abnormal" she is. Kishika is caring for Eira as Naddy is surprised how she's actually keeping herself together for once; she claims she honed her chivalry for this purpose, but admits she got her fill last chapter as Yaku pats her on the head.
As Mei tries to watch over Suu, baby Mai rushes over to her "sister" only to clumsily fall; she's confronted by both Rentarou and Mei about her accident and Mai short-circuits making them cuddle her at the same time giving her ultimate bliss.
Iku and Naddy watch over Himeka and Uto as they sing while Rin and Eira are surprisingly quiet; however the cat walks by making Eira tumble away in fear into Rin, violently hitting her as Naddy admires the young Brazilian! Iku comforts the hurt Rin as the baby starts hitting her violently in her butt, scaring Eira more. Hearing the distress, Hahari tells the baby Tama to let it out, but Tama stares at her as if with no emotion like she's striking from that sort of action.
Nano is trying to make Suu react to a rattle but the baby is ignoring it; Mimimi comes by and tries to play "peek-a-beaut" with her, but Suu still resists. Nano loses concentration and begins to recite "Pi", finally making Suu cheer as Momoha continues to cry relentlessly; Karane notices how quiet Ahko is but once again her smile is deceptive as tears flow from her eyes. AT the same time Chiyo and Kusuri are trying to care for Matsuri who is upset until they roll her sleeves up, but she continues to cry making the duo lift her up like she's a festival shrine, finally making her smile.
Mei continues to comfort Mai as Yamame and Shizuka notice Uto isn't reacting to anything, but Shizuka notices she's barely keeping it together. Yamame lifts her up, but a sudden popping of a balloon by a crow startles her, making Uto cry and causing a chain reaction of all the babies crying for their "mama"! Rentarou states "leave it to him" as he admits he had undergone training for this moment, dressing himself up as a mother to comfort the babies, only for all ten of them to look at him with pity at the pathetic state before returning to normal an hour later.
