Soaking Maid Party (ぬれぬれメイドパーティー Nure Nure Meido Pātī?) is the thirty-second chapter of the 100 Kanojo manga.
Summary[]
Rentarou asks the rest of his girlfriends if they mind accepting Mei as his newest girlfriend. They all welcome her graciously, as they were expecting it to happen anyway. Hahari says that now a maid is in their ranks, they should all put maid clothes on. Karane initially questions why they should do that but agrees to do so after Rentarou says that all of his girlfriends in maid uniforms would be cute. After putting on the maid outfit, Kusuri starts to energetically run around. Mei tells her that if she continues to run around, she’ll dirty her outfit. Hakari points out that the way the hem springs out makes it seem very easy to soil. Shizuka points out that Mei always keeps herself neat and clean, which gives Hahari an idea. She suggests that they all have a shootout with squirt guns and whoever gets their maid clothes wet is eliminated, dubbed “The Soaking Maid Party” or “Maid Survival Game”. The winner gets a kiss from Rentarou which gets everyone enthusiastic to play. Rentarou acts as the referee, rightfully dressed in a butler outfit, and the shootout begins.
Karane takes the first move and shoots at Mei, but she effortless dodges out of the way because of her complete understanding of the way her maid uniform moves. She returns fire, but Karane also manages to bend out of the way, avoiding the shots thanks to being flat chested, much to her distaste. Kusuri takes the opportunity whilst Karane is distracted to shoot at her, rendering her eliminated. She also fails to take her own surroundings into account however, allowing Nano to eliminate her as well.
Hahari begins to lust over Karane and Kusuri being soaking wet, commenting that the manga seemingly cuts to pure fanservice shots when any of the girls get soaked. Kurumi attempts to surprise Hahari whilst she’s distracted but gives herself away by yelling that she is in fact wide open. Hahari tosses a luxury anpan, which Kurumi instinctively jumps for, dropping her gun and allowing Hahari to eliminate her. Nano dashes at Hahari, attempting to shoot her, but Mei intercepts by firing a shot at her. Nano calculates where the shot will land and avoids it, returning fire which Mei also dodges. The two have an intense duel for a bit until Nano assesses the situation and decides to change target. She spots Shizuka standing in the distance watching her and runs at her like a predator hunting its prey. Shizuka panics and starts flailing around, shooting random shots through the air, all of which Nano avoids until her gun runs out of water. Nano soon appears before Shizuka, pointing her gun at her and telling her goodbye. Before she has a chance to fire though, one of Shizuka’s stray shots she fired into the air comes back down and lands on Nano’s head, eliminating her. Shizuka also hit herself with these shots though, putting her out as well.
Mei goes to comment how many girlfriends are remaining, but Hakari interrupts her by telling her not to move. Hakari holds Hahari hostage and tells Mei to eliminate herself. Mei’s dedication to Hahari leaves her with no other choice but to follow, and she raises her gun to her head to shoot herself. Hahari stops her however, saying that if a master restricts their maid’s, then they have no right for respect. She raises her gun to her head and pulls the trigger, eliminating herself from the competition. Mei dashes towards Hahari, as she dramatically falls to the floor, and Hakari tries to shoot her. Mei narrowly avoids her shot and fires back, hitting Hakari and eliminating her.
Rentarou goes to crown Mei the winner, but Kusuri points out that Mei’s also soaked after holding Hahari. Rentarou chooses to crown everyone the winner as they all did best in the competition, kissing all of them as the reward. This makes him soaking wet as well, which makes Hakari and Hahari “wetter than they already were”.
