The Cancellation of the Rentarou Family On-Campus Kissing Activities (
Summary[]
Chiyo is at home laying in bed when she wonders what junior high schoolers in love actually do. She looks it up on her phone and gets embarrassed over the fact that they typically kiss while in school. The next day, she heads up to the roof expecting Rentarou to not kiss any of his girlfriends whilst in school, only to find him swarmed with everyone trying to kiss him. Chiyo gets angry at this and breaks the kissing up, banning it from happening again on the school premise.
Everyone, but Chiyo, struggles to restrain themselves over the next few days till they eventually reach a breaking point. They confront her on the roof and try to convince her to kiss Rentarou, but she continues to refuse and wants to wait until she’s an adult. Kusuri decides to try and get her to drink the “you-can’t-help-but-kiss-the-person-you-love” drug, which she does successfully, though she never actually meant to. Chiyo turns into a kissing zombie and breaks the doorhandle to the roof, preventing anyone from leaving. Despite her efforts to resist, she dives at Rentarou to try and kiss him, but is stopped by everyone before she is able to. Even with everyone’s effort, they still struggle to stop her, so Hakari decides to take some of the drug herself. She ends up kissing Karane, getting Chiyo stuck between the two of them, allowing Rentarou to break the door to the roof down.
Chiyo apologies to everyone once she’s back to normal and questions why they stopped her if getting her to kiss Rentarou was their goal. They state that they were never trying to force her to kiss Rentarou, only persuade her, which makes her admit that she does in fact want to kiss him. Everyone then shares a kiss with Rentarou as the ban on kissing is now lifted.
