First Kiss (はじめてのチュウ Hajimete no Chū?) is the second episode of the 100 Kanojo anime first season and the second episode of the 100 Kanojo anime adaptation overall.
Synopsis[]
For the first time in his life, Rentarou has two girlfriends at the same time, a complete turnaround from his life prior, and is enjoying his teenage life he dreamed of, going to school with his girlfriends. Through a casual conversation, Hakari and Karane discover that Rentarou has not only never had a girlfriend before but has also never kissed anyone. No matter how much Rentarou loves them equally, only one of them can have his first kiss. The two of them try all kinds of methods to try and win Rentarou’s lips…

Manga and Anime Differences[]
- Karane's comments and Fist of the North Star reference before Hakari grabs Rentarou's hand are original to the anime
- Hakari's soul doesn't leave her body in the manga after she grabs Rentarou's hand
- A few panels of Karane hesitating over holding Rentarou's hand was cut
- The scene of the Vice Principal chasing an unnamed student is extended greatly
- After Hakari brings out the Bocky, in the manga, Rentarou tries to leave to fetch more after Hakari reveals all the ends have been snapped off. He does not do this in the anime
- Karane hits both of Rentarou's eyes in the anime, she only hits his right in the manga
- Karane throwing Rentarou to the ground to try to get him to faint and Hakari slapping her with her boobs for a second time are original to the anime
- 3 extra fails were added to the complilation of the group failing to kiss (Karane punching Rentarou, Rentarou getting Hakari's rear end to his face and Rentarou nearly falling off the building)
- The scene of Rentarou being chased and attacked by the Vice Principal is extended
