Synopsis[]
Part A[]
After having a nightmare about Rentarou breaking up with her over her Tsundere personality, Karane takes one of Kusuri's drugs that removes her Tsundere traits. While the other girls enjoy her new friendliness at first, they soon realize that she was still likable as a Tsundere. Karane refuses to reverse the change until Rentarou convinces her to do so.
Part B[]
Kusuri's drugs don't work to restore Karane, however, and so Hahari invites her to stay the night at her mansion. Rentarou and Hakari experiment with ways to provoke a Tsundere response from Karane, but none of their efforts work. A nosebleed from Hahari necessitates a blood transfusion from her maids, which gives Rentarou an idea.

- In the manga, Mai said that the blood packs stock is not enough to carry out blood transfusions. But in the anime, another maid said that the blood packs stock is not enough to carry out blood transfusions.
- A maid with brown hair is seen with Mai's haircut; it is unknown if this is the same maid as Mai who had already cameoed in Episode 16.
