Kusuri's Mother is a minor character. She is the daughter of Yakuzen Yaku, the wife of Kusuri's Father and mother of Yakuzen Kusuri.
Appearance[]
Due to using the drug of immortality, she usually has the body of an 8-year-old, wears a polka dot dress and a white apron, wears Crocs, and has a rebellious lock just like Kusuri. When she takes the nullifying drug, her body becomes that of someone much older, with signs of age on her face, but wearing the same clothes.
Personality[]
She was shown as a quiet person with a cheerful and childlike temperament similar to her daughter, being the one who spoke the most when Rentarou came, she also treats Kusuri like a little girl telling her that the spy became a star.
Her varation of her family's verbal tic is "-nanoyo" ("mm-hm" in the official translation), a feminine version.

History[]
She worked in a laboratory where she met Kusuri's father, both of whom focused all their efforts on work, not having Kusuri until many years later. As Kusuri grew older they realized that she was a prodigy, at some point she consumed the drug of immortality, assuming an 8-year-old body.
When Rentarou arrived she received him with joy, trying not to let her husband fight with him and inviting him to have tea, telling him about her relationship with Kusuri's father, and how they realized that Kusuri was a prodigy as soon as he was born, but when consuming a poison she and her husband were paralyzed, saving themselves when the nullifying drug fell on them, consoling Kusuri and thanking Rentarou. She then prepared a snack.
